Victoria Puchalski, BCBA

Victoria is our Founder and lead clinician. She has dedicated her professional life to ABA therapy and has been in the industry for 10 years. Starting as a technician with a B.A in Psychology from University of Detroit Mercy, Victoria went back to school and graduated with her Masters Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) from Ball State University in 2019. Victoria is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a focus on assent & social emotional based services. Since graduating, Victoria has held numerous roles as Manager of Technician Training, Clinic Lead and most recently Regional Director of Clinical Operations.

Victoria founded Ascend Behavior Therapy in 2023, a company committed to providing industry leading care to individuals on the autism spectrum. As founder, she oversees all clinical operations and will be one of the BCBA’s providing care to our clients. She will oversee all operations to ensure the highest quality of care and standardization of service company wide.
